Instruction for authors
Sage Sphere in Artificial Intelligence (SSAI) invites researchers, academics, and professionals to submit original and unpublished manuscripts for potential publication. Submissions must make a significant contribution to the advancement of scientific knowledge and must not be under simultaneous review by other journals.
All manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s online platform or by email to: sagespherejournal@gmail.com Submissions are accepted in Spanish or English, provided the manuscript is written by a native speaker or has been professionally translated. Clear, precise, and academic language is strongly recommended.
Eligibility Criteria

Only original and unpublished works will be considered.

Manuscripts must not be under review in any other academic publication.

All listed authors must have significantly contributed to the development of the work.

At least one author must be registered with a valid ORCID identifier (https://orcid.org).
Manuscript Formatting and Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format and configured with the following settings:

Manuscript Structure
Length:

Research articles: 4,000 to 7,500 words

Review articles: 5,000 to 8,000 words
Title:

In both Spanish and English, with a maximum of 18 words.
Authorship information:

Full name, institutional affiliation, email address, country of origin, and ORCID ID for each author.
Abstract:

In both Spanish and English, up to 250 words. Must include the objective, methodology, main results, and conclusions.
Keywords:
-
3 to 5 keywords in both Spanish and English, separated by commas.

(Section headings should not be numbered.)
For other types of articles:

It is suggested to use the sections Development and Conclusions, adapted to the nature of the manuscript.
Additional Formal Guidelines
Tables and Figures:

Must be numbered consecutively as they appear in the text.

Tables: Title placed above the table.
-
Figures: Should be submitted in .jpg or .png format, with a maximum width of 10 cm and a file size no larger than 100 KB.
Footnotes:

Numbered using Arabic numerals.

Maximum of 60 words per note.
Appendices:

Must be cited in the main text and included at the end of the manuscript.
Citation and Reference Style
All in-text citations and references must follow the APA Style (7th edition, 2019).
A minimum of 20 academic references is required, preferably from the last five years.
Priority will be given to sources from journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), or SciELO.
References must be listed in alphabetical order at the end of the manuscript using hanging indentation.
